Abstracts are invited for papers/case-studies/posters on any of the stated conference themes. The Abstract should not exceed 200 words and should explain the motivation, problem statement, approach and results with keywords.
Papers can be submitted once the Abstract is approved. Papers shall not be more than 8 pages in length and shall strictly follow the standard template provided [Courtesy: IGLC]. In this format, authors may simply type in their paper onto the format, replacing existing content.
Submitted papers will be reviewed for conformance to Conference standards. Selected papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings and a limited number of authors will be invited to present their papers/ posters during the Conference. Parallel sessions will be arranged to permit more direct presentations.
Posters can be submitted for abstracts approved for a poster. Based on the reviewer’s comments and technical committee decision, some of the papers might also be presented as a Poster. Posters should be in A1 size (594 mm height x 841 mm width). The editable template for the poster is provided. Text should be in Arial 20 point and headings in Arial 24 point. Top banner headings should be of appropriate size. Please download the template and simply type into it, replacing existing content.
Once the Abstract is approved for a poster, submit the soft copy. After approval by the reviewers, submit the final version and the Conference organizers will print it out in A1 format in uniform style for display at the Conference Venue. Authors are expected to register for the Conference and be present at the Venue to explain their Posters. The posters will also be printed in A3 size and distributed as part of the Conference proceedings
Awards:Two best papers will be selected for an award.
